Living here has been the best experience. The apartments are clean and spacious and beautiful inside. Maintenance comes immediately if ever needed. All the appliances work and are brand new and up-to-date. Terry and Alice are absolutely the sweetest people and are always there to help. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Great neighborhood. I'm a single woman and feel completely safe walking at night. Close to everything. Great schools. Friendly neighbors. Nice big pool, and fitness center.

I love Rancho Hills. The office team is amazing and maintenance team is great too. Itâs safe, quiet and clean here and my neighbors are nice, supportive and respectful. The grass & trees are well maintained and the hibiscus bushes & roses bloom all over the complex. So beautiful! The large trees make it such a relaxing place to live too. I love having the park close by and I love my living space.

I lived here for four years. This is the only apartment I've rented where I felt like the staff was really on my side and looking out for me. Terry, Alice, and everybody else were great, and I wish I could have taken them with me when I moved.

We have lived here for over 2 years and we enjoy it. Neighborhood is quiet and location is great, very close to Walmart, target, the gym, etc. Terry and Alice at the office have always been kind and accommodating. The guys in maintenance are great and always come quick. My only complaint would be parking. You only get 1 assigned parking spot so if you have more than 1 car youâre kinda SOL. Parking is hard after about 5pm especially near our building. Other than that I would recommend living here.

This is a great place to live! The community is nice, the area is very safe and quiet. I did a lot of hunting before I settled on Rancho Hills and let me say, itâs easily the nicest place in the area. Also important to note, they actually have guest parking which everyone in California knows is a very hot commodity. I left to get closer to the ocean but, I do miss how nice the area is. Alice and Terry in the office made moving in, living and moving out very easy. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
